Het Gentse biotechbedrijf Argenx heeft aangekondigd Forte Biosciences over te nemen voor 2,2 miljard dollar, wat ongeveer 1,93 miljard euro bedraagt. Deze overname is onderdeel van de strategie van Argenx om zijn positie in immunologische behandelingen te versterken.
